I have 2 CC accounts, one old and one new. I really like the format of the old one with tabs across the top for Campaigns, Contacts, etc. However, the new one is difficult to navigate. It has a menu on the left side. How to get the old format in the new account.

What you're seeing on your newer account is our New Experience. There's no way to go back to the old view on a newer Constant Contact account (and all accounts will eventually get moved to the New Experience). That being said, there are some brand-new features and capabilities that you might find useful with the new interface:
The new personalized Dashboard
New reporting and metrics, especially for emails
Scheduling that works the same way for Emails, Social Posts, and SMSes
Easier ways to manage your contacts
I'm happy to pass your feedback along to the Core Platform folks that work on the navigation or to the team that works on the Dashboard/home page. Is there something specific that you're having trouble finding? Or something you expected to see on your home page that isn't there anymore?
