I am wanting to create a form where my customer can upload photos and maps to the form through my wordpress website. Is that possible?

We have a couple of different kinds of forms:
Sign-up Landing pages that we host for you
Embeddable forms that you can put on your website
A special Constant Contacts Forms plug-in for Wordpress that you can use to build and host forms right on your Wordpress site.
However, we don't offer the ability to accept things like photos and maps via our forms (we can't store any of that information in the contact records). They're more for allowing prospective contacts to sign up for your emails.
