How would I go about making sure the front cover image for my eblast is nice and crisp. So far when importing a PDF the front cover image turns out slightly blurry.

If you're finding that the image conversion is compressing the image qualities of your PDF's first page too much, you may need to use an outside program to make the conversion. You could either use the program that first created the PDF, or use another website for the image conversion.
