Why are my GIFs only selectively showing? We use Outlook at work and it shows fine on mobile, and for SOME on desktop but not all. What is the solution?

Hi @user51310. This depends on the email client or browser settings for your contacts. Not all email clients or browsers are set to have images displayed automatically. You may need to ask your contacts to set images to display.Â
