How can I copy my newsletter template to a different CC account?

Currently there isn't self-service way to transfer or share a newsletter template between separate accounts. If you need the exact design or campaign content in another account, here are your two main options:

1. Rebuild the Campaign Manually

This is the most immediate and free option:

• Open the campaign in the original account.

• Copy the text, images, and layout details.

• Log into the second account and recreate the email using the same template structure or a similar layout.

• You may want to open both accounts side by side for easier copying.

While this approach can be time-consuming, it’s a good opportunity to update or refine the content as you move it over.

2. Request a Campaign Copy Transfer (One time fee)

We offer a specialized service for this via our technical team:

• This service is called a Campaign Copy Opportunity (Campaign Copy Opp).

• It must be requested by contacting General Support.
