How do I add a YouTube video link to an email?

I uploaded to Youtube a video created during a zoom meeting. Now I want to include the link to that video in a Constant Comment message. The video cannot be made public because the contant is private. In YouTube, the video is marked "unlisted." How do I insert the link for that video? I want to give the link to everyone who gets the CC message, but I don't want the video to open inside the message. I want the video to open only if the recipient clicks on the link.
