How do I make documents open as PDFs instead of links?
I want my documents to open as PDFs, not into a link. How do we make that happen? Anytime I upload any type of document it goes right to opening it with a browser.
You can't embed files into the emails, only linked to via your account's Library (or another drive source if you prefer instead). These links allow the PDFs to be easily downloaded or printed if so desired by the recipients.
