We’re working on cleaning up our contact list and realized that quite a few entries are missing values in a specific custom field. I’m looking for the most efficient way to update these in bulk—rather than editing each contact manually.
Has anyone tackled something similar? I’d love to hear how you approached bulk editing or if there’s a tool or feature you’d recommend for streamlining this kind of update.

Hi AdminCLCUSA. Great question! If you have a list of the contacts available externally, you can create a file with the updated information for each contact under that contact field and upload the list into your account. Our system will fill in the field with the new values in the file. Much easier than doing them all one-by-one.
If you don't have the list available, you can export the list from your account and take the same steps listed above with making the necessary changes and re-uploading the list.
