How long does it take an email to get through the Staging period?
I have an important email that I'm trying to send, and timing is crucial, but the email is still in the "Staging" phase, so only a fraction of the recipients have gotten the email. Does anyone know how long it takes for the remainder of the emails to be sent? Any additonal info at all would be helpful.Ā Ā

From our main article on email staging, also available via the Help tab in accounts' top navigation bar:
- A staged email will generally send to your contact list within 24-48 hours, depending on the email results. There are times, however, when this process may take longer. The decision to release all of your email communication is up to the Constant Contact Compliance Team.
As long as your email performance (spams, unsubs, bounces) is under the weighted threshold, then the email will be fully released within that 24-48hr period. If you want to avoid staging, you may need to consider sending to smaller list sizes. If you have further questions regarding this compliance functionality, I'd advise reaching out to our Review / Compliance support team directly.Ā
