How often is campaign reporting data updated?

Up to three years after the email is sent / campaign is accessed, though the frequency of the updates will slow down after the first several days, down to a once-a-week update after several weeks. This is done to conserve server load, as well as because the frequency at which an email is opened after the first 48 hours vastly diminishes.
