I heard that you could add a video to the constant contact mailer. How do you do that? Is the video in the mailer or does it forward to another page?

See this support article for step-by-step and visual guidance on including videos in your campaigns. Since video files run too large for attaching, and email programs are inconsistent in embedding functions, any videos linked to in email campaigns, including via video blocks, will redirect / open a new tab (depends on the end-user settings) to the linked video.
