For guidance on finding your YouTube channel's URL for sharing and linking to, I found this article from Google's support. For guidance on sharing your TikTok page's URL, I found this article on their support site. 

When you have the URL for sharing your social page, you'll paste that into the relevant icon when editing the social share bar in an email.
