I have a number of conference registrations for an event that did not use the Promo Code given to them for the purchase of a conference related golf event. How can I correct? I used to have to cancel and re-enter their information. Since there was a "purchase" on the registration it now will not let me cancel, expecting that a refund needs to be issued first.

You can cancel registrants via the registrants list on the event dashboard. The refund elements you'll need to fully handle through the payment processing platform.
