In the old dashboard, when you delete a list, it gives you an option of deleting the contacts a swell, unless they are on another list. With the new dashboard, that option is gone so if you delete a list and the contacts are not on a list, they just sit there in limbo. Is there a way to delete these with the list or do you have to do this manually?

At this time, this functionality isn't available. The most direct workaround after deleting the applicable list is to filter all of your contacts based on their list status, then select-all and delete those contacts.
