I have created a segment of least engaged contacts who are on multiple lists. How can I remove them from the lists?

You can then further manage your segments by adding them to a list, determining which contacts may still be worth keeping (such as very recent additions based on Date Added), and then deleting all the remaining low-engagement contacts and the segment list.
