I’m unable to send a test email, and this message popped up. I’m not sure how to resolve it.
I can’t send the test email.

Hi user37829 I have run into this issue when setting up Constant Contact (CTCT) for clients.
Click [Verify Email] and check your inbox for a verification message - if you don't see it check SPAM. Click the verification link in that email then refress your campaign.
After verification refresh your screen and it should work. If it doesn't clear cache or go into incogniito mode.
This typically works for me. If it doesn't call support - the will get it resolved for you.
