I posted my first vast email from 2 different list. My home adress is appearing on both sent emails.

Where do I go in the app to eliminate this from happening again

Hi EdwardL331,

The address in your email footer defaults to what's entered in your Account Settings. You can change it at any time by following the directions in this Knowledge Base article.

A physical address is legally required to be displayed in your email's footer in order to be compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act. This can be:

  • Your storefront

  • Your business or organization’s headquarters

  • Your home address

  • A valid PO box or virtual mailbox if you don’t have a physical location
