I want an open answer box but when I save the survey and send a test, I am getting Open Answer boxes with three boxes not one. I can't send it out like this as it looks like I'm asking for three replies. Help! I need to get the survey out tonight.
I want an open answer box but am getting 3, labeled Answer 1, Answer 2, Answer 3. Need just ONE.
