Hi all -- We have set up a Wordpress site where users, upon registration of a Wordpress account, opt in and are added to our primary CC list and sub-lists for locations they selected when signing up. We also have external accounts for each location, however, and want an automated way for users to be added to the primary CC account list(s) AND each external CC account list they is relevant to them.
Example:
I am Bob from Virginia and I want to opt in to receive newsletters about the website and national events. Bob is subscribed to the primary CC account's main list and sub-list for Virginia opt-ins. I also want Bob to be added to an external CC account that is run by another organization that specifically sends messages for Virginians. Is it possible to add a user automatically from the website to the main CC account and then to another external CC account?
If subscribers are added to one account's list, can we automatically add users to an external account's list(s)?

Hello user01740 ,
Generally speaking, no, this wouldn't be compliant with our permissions policies.
If you are an applicable partner account (such as a franchise or school) with separate child accounts, there are ways to make this work. However, I would strongly recommend speaking with our Review team first to make sure you're handling it in a compliant way.
