When I import a design from Canva that has things that are hidden as part of the design, Constant Contact “unhides” them resulting in an unusable mess. How can I prevent this from happening?

That kind of functionality may not be possible with how the PDF or image needs to convert to be in an email. I'd advise calling our general support and requesting a transfer to the Tier 2 integrations team, to see if they'd have any further insights or workarounds you can utilize.
