Recently got a message that there was a prob connecting to our CC account from our webpage contact form - newsletter sign-up. Dug in to see that with the WP plug-in upgrade, may need to manually disconnect and reconnect for it to be sympatico - did not change anything. So, went in to my CC forms, checked it, reinstalled the Universal Code on the website footer as before, copied and pasted in the inline code on the page for the form, cleared the browser cache and still got the time out error when putting in a new sign-up request. Any ideas on what's going on will be helpful - to be clear all was working just fine up until CC did an upgrade. So, is a back end server side issue with CC that needs to be resolved? On my end everything is as it should be. Thanks!
