I've a bit of a novice, but is there an easy way to get my lead gen ads from FB into CC? I look at zapier but that was too confusing for me, so any help or guidance would be appreciated.

If you didn't make and publish the ads through your Constant Contact account, or if there's an issue with the systems syncing, you can can export the contacts from Facebook, then manually upload the CSV file into your account.
