I have been looking for guidance on the NJ Data Privacy Law that will go into effect 15 JAN 2025. I have asked your Privacy team and they cannot seem to understand what I am asking. I understand we are responsible for compliance with the new law. We don't know how it impacts our business. The language is intentionally vague. I assume your company has some guidance or information in helping your clients to understand/interpret the language, so they can adjust their business practices prior to the laws going into effect. I am NOT ASKING FOR LEGAL ADVICE.
