Here are some general best practices for delivery.

Delivery can have a lot of variables, from elements on our side, on your side, on the recipient's side, and in their email system company's side. If you're setup for self-authentication and your emails aren't going through for internal emails, we'd advise checking your current SA setup, or checking your network / organization's security protocols.
