is there a way to add a highlight to a few words in a sentence?

Hello @OURMission ,
It looks like your most recent emails are still using the 3GE email builder, so they won't have access to the highlighter in the text formatting menu. You'd need to be on a cross-device compatible template to have access to that. Once on such a template, the option will be available in the little text formatting pop-up menu as shown below:
