I received feedback from a recipient who is experiencing an issue with our newsletters. They reported that when they receive the emails, they appear in plain text format with no graphics, colors, GIFs, or videos. The content is displayed as continuous text, line by line, using the same font, which makes it look more like a very long paragraph than a visually rich newsletter. Specifically, the YouTube video and images/gifs are not appearing, and the email lacks the distinct sections and formatting typical of a well-designed newsletter.
Could you explain why this is happening and how to resolve the issue?
