Issues with Email Delivery via Constant Contact

Some of our recipients are still experiencing issues receiving emails in their inbox. For instance, a colleague mentioned that while she initially received the emails, they started going to her Junk Mail folder, and now she isnāt receiving them at all.

Is this a common occurrence with Constant Contact emails? Could you provide some insight into why this might be happening and how we can resolve it?
