Hello @user702034 ,
You can export your lists and contacts while logged into your account. Simply go into the list (or to the full contacts dashboard), select-all the contacts by clicking the topmost checkmark box, then Actions > Export.
Additionally, I've sent an email to your account's main address, with the exported All Subscribed and All Unsubscribed CSV files attached.
