Live Video link won't embed...

I've been going live on Youtube and Facebook at the same time. I copy the link from the youtube video to embed in my emails and it won't link. I have contacted customer support and she said they are aware of it... Has anyone found a way to link videos that were recorded live? I've just been adding the youtube thumbnail and linking it but it doesn't have the immediate recognition that it's a video...
