Is is possible to merge a graphic? I would like to send an email to one segment of my audience with logo A and the same email to another segement of the audience with logo B?

Not really. You could potentially setup a dynamic block that only shows to contacts that fit a specified contact field (not segment). In all honesty, it'd be a lot easier to just send two separate emails to each individual segment. If there's overlap among contacts between the two segments, then you'd need to make adjustments to exclude them from each other, or handle them as lists.
