I'm trying to add hyperlinks to the images on my newsletter, but the toolbar at the top will not change from the default that has the "Undo" and "Save" buttons, even when I have the image selected. The text toolbar will drop down but not the image one.

(Other strange things are happening. Like the drop down menu for sections won't come up, so I can't change the color of banners and headline backgrounds)
