Most Engaged List including email open rate

This is something we're working on! We're in the middle of testing out our new Report Builder, which will support Contact activity by campaign as one of its first reports. Once this launches (hopefully in early 2026), it should help you identify your most engaged contacts and their open rates.

Until then, the closest we can get is probably through building and exporting a Segment. To do this, head over to Audience > Lists & segments in the left nav, then click Create new in the top right:

Next, click Segment when prompted, then Continue to get to the Segment Builder:

For your use case, we're going to want to use the Engagement criteria. Click on Add criteria, then Engagement > Current engagement level. Set your operator to is and the criteria to most engaged. It should look a bit like this when you're done:

Next, hit Save segment in the top right. It'll build your segment for you, then show you a list of your most engaged contacts. You can export that using the Export option in the ... menu in the top right:

(This won't include the open rates, but it will make it possible to quickly drill down into individual contacts to look at their overall Open Rates.)
