Every time I try to do this, I am unable to move the image from the bottom of the email to a position higher up where it's relevant. Please help.

If you're unable to move an image block around your email, it's indicating there's either significant lag impacting your ability to use the website, or what you're trying to drag around is part of a larger layout.
