Resolved Feb 19, 2026: Multi-channel campaigns setting up automatically from email copies?

Hi! My account seems to be adding emails to a multi-channel campaign automatically when I copy one email from another. I'm not interested in using this feature at this time. How do I turn it off? I see I can delete the campaign manually, but I'd rather not do that every time.

A fix for the issue that caused copying campaigns to automatically turn them into multi-channel campaigns has been released. We'll continue to monitor for any lingering problems, but at this time the issue is considered resolved.
