Multi-Factor Authentication

why do I have to always as for an authorization code to login to my account when I have not do so in the past. I do I change this?

Hi @MaryM1825. Receiving these prompts can happen for a few different reasons:

 

  • Previously deleting your cookies or clearing your web browser's cache
  • Logged in from a different web browser
  • Using VPN or different IP addresses
  • Accessing Constant Contact in an incognito or private browser window
  • Using a shared login between multiple people where they are accessing the account from a different location or computer

The prompt appears when our system recognizes an unrecognized device. MFA cannot be turned off as this is a security feature to protect your account.
