I have a YouTube link, but it won't work when I try to include it in an eblast. I've refreshed. Logged out and logged in. Deleted the video box and then added it again. Not having any luck.
I'd recommend referring to our Videos in Campaigns FAQ for troubleshooting guidance. In the event you can't get the URL to work with the video block, the next best option is to use an alternative linking method - image, button, or text.
