Need to Exclude a Segment

I have an onboarding email campaign and need to exclude this segment of customers from my mass email sends. I need to exclude all customers created within the last 90 days from my email sends. How do I do this? I don't see any segment filtering options that allow me to exclude these customers from my email sends.
