Constant Contact custormer service seems to have changed recently. The phone representatives are not native English speakers, for one, and are therefore harder to understand. Â Also when I see my impact data, you no longer provide industry standard measurements as a comparison. That information is vitally important for us to know within the categories of Opens, Click-throughs, and knowing what kind of traffic various click-through buttons are generating.
Need to include Industry standard data too
