OK, I know this question is a mortal sin to ask for an email-centric product, but we want to use our contact list as our organization's master membership list and we have people that do not have emails yet but still want to be a member.

Since unique contacts are derived from email addresses, there isn't a way to import contacts without email addresses into your Constant Contact account.
