Not getting email to verify my new email address

I am trying to change the email associated with our account and I am not receiving the verification email.

If the email isn't showing in any of your inbox tabs or spam/junk, and you're not finding it blocked by your network, then we'd need you to call our general support. They'll be able to confirm security permissions with you live, and manually verify that address.
