As of this week, I've stopped receiving test emails to my outlook email. The notification says the test email sent successfully, but I never receive it. It does not show up in my junk folder at all.
When I try sending the test email to my personal gmail, it works fine.
I've successfully sent test emails to my outlook email for years before this, so this is a sudden issue.
