Are my managed CC client accounts considered child accounts with this new platform? And my partner account is the parent account?

Hi @TrishB44 ,
You got it! Your partner management tools used to be built above or around your reseller (parent) account, but now they're contained inside of your reseller (parent) account. The relationship to your client (child) accounts is essentially the same, but the route between them no longer involves an external tool. I hope that helps to clarify!
