I have a contact who was receiving emails and now doesnt. Her status says pending. She says she hasn't received any kind of confirmation email in order to allow her to receive emails from us again. Should I delete her as a contact and then resend a confirmation email? Could it be something with her email subscriber?

If the contact is in Awaiting Confirmation (pending) status, then going through a sign-up form or deleting and re-adding won't do much. Similar to how resubscribing a contact works, if the Confirm Opt-In email was spammed out, deleted, or otherwise can't be found, then your only other option to get the contact active in your account is to speak directly with our Review team.Â
