Permanent URL and click/open rates

If I embed the permanent URL to a campaign into my website, will Constant Contact include the opening of that URL in total open/click rates for the campaign?

No, the webpage version of emails will not affect your reporting for it, as there's no tracking URL rewrites or pixels included in it.
