Personalized "Thank You" message after submitting a survey form

How do you personalize the "Thank You" message when creating a survey form? I have flexibility with making the survey form but I do not see any functions where I can make a personalized "Thank You" message after the end user submits survey. It is just a generic Thank you that shows.
