That is a fantastic question!

1. If Using Printable Tickets as Badges

If you enabled the option to Generate printable ticket when you set up your tickets, you can easily print these out. Our event tickets are a versatile tool used for tracking event attendance.

You can print a registrant's ticket yourself directly from the Event dashboard:

1. Access the Reporting tab on your Event dashboard and scroll to the Registrants section.

2. Click the three dots next to the registrant whose ticket you need, and select Manage registration.

3. In the upper-right corner, click the three dots again, and then select View tickets.

4. Finally, click Print to produce the ticket.

Keep in mind that if physical tickets aren't necessary for your event, you might have left the "Generate printable ticket" checkbox blank during the initial setup.

2. If You Are Exporting Data for Custom Name Badges

For creating truly customized name badges or labels (perhaps using a specific template or third-party label software), your best bet is to use the event data export functionality.

You can run the Attendee Report, which provides all the necessary ticket-specific information collected during registration. This is especially important if you allowed registrants to bring guests or register for a group, as this report displays the details collected from those attendees, too.

Once you export this report, you will have a spreadsheet containing the attendee names and other custom information you collected. You can then use this data in a program outside of Constant Contact (like Excel or a specialized label printing program) to create and print your personalized name badges.

I recommend pulling that Attendee Report today to see exactly what data points you have for printing, and then you can seamlessly merge that information into your preferred badge template!
