Hi there, when you have a prospect on temporary hold, can you tell if they open up old Emails or is that put on hold as well?

If they trigger the coding for open and click tracking, then they'll still provide reporting/engagement info. Keep in mind that if it's been a significant amount of time since the email was originally sent, there may be delays in the reporting updates.
