It would be great if Constant Contact had a QR code customers could scan to join email and texts.

You can turn your landing page forms' URLs (and other campaign types' URLs) into QR codes, as well as turn the URL for a webpage you've added coded forms to into a QR code. If you'd like some recommendations on services that can generate QR codes of URLs, feel free to check out this article.
