Recent problems with Constant contact.
I have had two recent problems with Constant Contact:
My email data on clicks is not accurate. The data is showing WAY FEWER Clicks than I am receiving, I had several customers test it for me and it is not accurately counting the clicks. I call support and they said that this feature was broken and that someone would email me or call me. That was almost 2 weeks ago and nothing yet.
Secondly, I am not receiving event notifications when someone signs up for my event. The email is correct and nothing in SPAM. I have also checked the box that says 'Send me an email notification when someone registers" This is critical in preparing for events.
I would love some help with both of these issues.
Hi JudyT157. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I checked your case and there hasn't been any information to share for an update. Our teams are still collecting information about the click reporting as reports from other customers come in. If they are able to provide an update, it will be shared with you.
If you are not receiving event confirmation emails, I suggest contacting our Delivery team who can further troubleshoot why this may be happening. You'll want to have specific examples of which registrations you are not receiving notifications for, and if it's happening for all registrations or some.
