Reporting shows that my campaign went to 12 people (true). It says there were "7 (100%) opens," "7 (58% bounces)" and "5 Successful Deliveries." I'm no math whiz, but I'm pretty sure none of that makes sense. I worry about trusting future reports.

Hi @CyndyC4. I took a look at the bounces and saw two contacts had a vacation/auto-reply set which we consider a bounce/unsuccessful delivery. When I viewed their engagement, they both opened the email after the bounce was recorded so technically, they are recorded twice in the reporting, once as a bounce and once as an open.
